Car is currently undergoing full bare metal restoration. Hope to have it completed by around April 2010. Staying mainly with standard parts for originality, but some upgrades for comfort and durabilty.
Body work now has all new metal in both rear wings, two floorpans and inner and central sills.
Many hours of work by Panel man Robert Taylor and Paint man Barry Wadham have given us a near perfect body to work with.
Many spares , both new and old being sourced world wide, but mainly from Chic Doig in Scotland.
New Zealand is short of quality replacement parts.
