Well it's been a very long time that i have been fighting my quad carbs popping and total lack of power; i totally rebuilt the motor shaved the head to 10-1 compression 4-2-1 headers etc. and still the carbs pop;pop; ; i checked the timing so manny times i thought just maybe the delco was bad . So out came the lap top and i started looking to buy a 123 distributor and Rimmer has the one i want; but its like $400.00 although it has dropped in price to 382.00 so i held off to see just how low it w...

Well it took some time and searching but a fellow member helped me get my car titled today; at last it's in my name and ready to hit the road and get this the woman at the DMV was as friendly and helpful that i had to pinch myself and see if i was dreaming. So lets just say i'm a very happy member of the Triumph Experience and very thankful that i found this site.

Ok this was a new way to paint my car i found this site called( Rolled On .com) and you use hi-density foam rollers and rust-o paint. This all starts with sanding off all the paint down to the bare metal ; priming at least 3 coats wet sand each coat and try to get your paint as flat as you can. Now you get a quart of paint a pint of mineral spirits and a pint of medium reducer this all gets mixed (as BOND would say stir not shaken); your 1st coat will not look good but you want at least 8 coats....

Well has anyone ever waited in line at the DMV for hours only to get the BITCH from hell ; you know the type shaped like pear hasn't gotten laid ever and hates men; well i have a title for a spitfire thats 11 years open and i never switched it over why should i it was a basket when i got the car; and a hobby to fix ;now that i'm near the end and ready to drive the car the bitch from hell won't give me plates ; she doesn't like the signatures on the title now 3 months and waiting for another titl...
