Caught the Triumph bug at an early age since my Dad had owned many Triumphs through out his life including a 1973 TR6 that had won 1st place at many shows. Now that my Dad has passed away I have picked up that torch and will keep the family tradition alive.

Day two was pretty eventful. Started out at a local get together of the British car club in the area . Once we got home I started right in. First to happen was emptying the car of all the buckets of parts and pieces. There were some nice finds lots of clean chrome pieces including door latches and window cranks, a soft top and frame in better than average condition, all my lights, and the list could go on. Well, my new baby is home. As of now we know it is an MKII but it was a bill of sale, no title and was told it was a 1967. After some thought over the FC52361 commission number and some research on MKII CNs we have changed our opinion and believe it was a Jan of 65 build. FC50001 was the first MKII and that was Dec of 64. With about 37,000 made there is no way this is a 67. We get the certificate from Heritage in the next couple weeks so crossing fingers.
