No Headlights/taillights

I got the MG out of storage Saturday because it was so warm and beautiful. I drove it and all was well so we took the B to a friends house for dinner. When we went to leave at night the headlights did not work. No amount of checking poking and wiggling produced as much as a flicker. It is so out of character for this car. We had to borrow our friends car to get home, although he said the MG looked great in his garage. I returned their car and picked up the B the next morning. Four hours of pouring over wiring diagrams testing, checking and test wiring and two more tonight and I'm still stymied. It's going to be something simple I hope and not that mice ate the wires over the winter!

Considering the average is 45 degrees I'll take today's 70 degrees anytime, and so went for a "check ride" in the MG again to make sure the new radiator is all good. Just beautiful. I think we'll take the MG to our friends house for a dinner party tonight!

Check off part two of winter projects. I replaced the leaky five year old heater control valve with a new one from Moss today. The radiator is being recored and should be done soon.
